**The Sign Up Genius indicates if a booth has an age restriction (18+ or 21+) and if adults are needed for certain shifts.**

Grand Raffle: Raffles are still available to purchase online through WeShare!  Tickets will also be available to purchase during the festival – the winner will be announced at 8pm on Saturday (no need to be present to win)

Bid n’ Buy & Basket Raffle: If you are interested in making a donation for Bid n’ Buy please reach out to Crys Schmidt at cljhunt@gmail.com.  For Basket Raffle donations please reach out to Kira Turner at kiraturner1@hotmail.com  

Entertainment: Once again Mr. Gillum will be performing on Friday night please come out and support him!  JP Pfister will be Spinning Vinyls again Friday & Saturday & Saturday night will feature The Cable Guys once again!

Gambling Tables: The gambling tent will be INSIDE again this year in St. Sebastion Hall on the other side of Basket Raffle & Bid n’ Buy.  If you are interested in helping out in the Gambling Area please visit the Sign Up Genius.  If you have any questions please reach out to Rich Roedersheimer at lroeders@yahoo.com

Bake Sale: Our wonderful 8th graders have taken on the Bake Sale booth this year – they will be keeping a portion of the money raised to fund their 8th grade trip.  Donations for the bake sale can be brought to the cafeteria during the Festival. 

Set Up: Set up will begin on Thursday August 29th – please be careful when using the parking lot during drop off and pickup.

Tear Down: Festival tear down will be on Sunday September 1st starting at 9am until we are finished.  If you are interested in helping out simply show up or contact Alison Gable fallfestvolunteers@nativity-cincinnati.org
